The National Basketball Association is right now having its playoffs to determine the season’s 2008-2009 champion. There are only four teams remaining now fighting it out. In the Eastern conference it is the Cleveland Cavaliers versus the Orlando Magic and in the Western conference it is the Los Angeles Lakers and the Denver Nuggets. But things could have been different, the four teams could have been stronger or there would be another team on that list. Why? Because injuries are plaguing some teams right now. Injuries that are happening to their superstars thus weakening teams. But injuries are normal to any NBA team. We all just would wish it does not happen to our favorite players but that is the way it is. If I had my way, players should have tried aromatherapy. It could really help their bodies be stronger.
Take for example Kevin Garnett of the Boston Celtics. He had a knee injury in the middle of the season that he no longer can’t play. This really affected the team’s plan to win the championship back to back. Garnett’s presence, especially on their showdown with the Chicago Bulls, would have been different because Derrick Rose’s drives to the basket would not be that easy. The team would also get back right away to defense because Garnett had the power to demand that effort from his team. With Garnett playing, the Boston Celtics would also be the number one team in the east right now, not the Cleveland Cavaliers.
