Today, there is a number of therapeutic methods claiming the capacity to provide a variety of benefits for the complex human body. Among these is what we call neuro-muscular massage therapy. It is a physical therapy in a specialized form involving manual bodily contact; neuro muscular therapy thus qualifies under manual therapy, which aims basically at the utilization of static pressure on specific myofascial points. Also, one must have had enough practical knowledge of biomechanics, or the study of the mechanics of biological activities especially muscular such as locomotion or exercise, to be able to perform such critical treatment to patients. Moreover, the therapist must also be a professional who is able to work properly in a medical or clinical environment.
